But he was one of the good ones. LaKisha will get my bottom spot this week even though she is going nowhere just because of her assault on my eardrums with that off-key horrorfest. You don't sing a previous Idol's song, girl. Especially when you sing it like that. Although I'll forgive it if Sanjaya finally goes, because that was ridiculous. And WHY was I forced to look at EFFING CONSTANTINE and his froggy face? Even worse in high-def, people. Gross!

Melinda was amazing. I'd never heard of that artist or song and I am in love with it.
I couldn't believe Martina McBride didn't know Melinda's song. That was a hit! I have the CD because I liked the song so much when it was out. It's hard to sing - I did it at karaoke once. It's fast! (Julie Reeves, 'Trouble is a Woman' on her 'It's About Time' album.)

Still clinging to Melinda getting the top spot, huh? I stand by my prediction, even if Simon's been a bit slow to catch on.

why do i want to keep hedging my bets and flip-flopping. i feel like mitt rommey and the easter bunny.
I believe that it's between sanjaya (Maxim's Girl of the Day) and Lakisha (even though dialidol has blake in the bottom three).
Chris is safe because of the Virginia connection. I love him even more because he was raised in NC. Though he sucked last night. North Carolina (or people tied to the state) has never finished less than 5th since Idol begin. RJ included.
