   Without.
2. Wizard of Oz: Scarecrow or Tin Man?
   Scarecrow. (I suppose this is playing against type. He was more fun, though. Plus ever since reading about the problems the original Tin Man actor faced with the makeup, the character has been, well, tarnished for me.)

   Carnivore.
4. Buy books or borrow them?
   Both. But preferably the former.
5. At the bank: ATM or human teller?
   ATM.
6. Oil or gas (or other) heat?
   Whatever.
7. Pen or pencil?
   Pen.
8. Drive or use public transit?
   Public transit.
9. Who IS James Bond: Sean Connery or Pierce Brosnan (or any of the others in between)?
   Whatever.

    The morning is too early to worry about real food. A bowl of cereal at most.
