6:38 PM:

Here we go again. Friday Five, from Heather.

1. What's on top of your refrigerator?
A box of Kellogg's Corn Flakes (mostly empty), a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (mostly empty), and a box of Rice Krispies (mostly full); and some unused Between the Lions magnets. (More of said magnets adorn the door of the freezer.) Oh, and some floor tiles, which were there when I moved in.

2. What's your favorite meal of the day?
More often than not, I only have the one. Let's call it "dinner."

3. Wash dishes by hand or in the dishwasher? What detergent do you use?
By hand. Dawn dishwashing liquid.

4. How often do you eat out compared to eating in?
I live in a town with no kosher restaurants. Eating out isn't a real option, unless you count grabbing a bite from a candy machine on campus.

5. How do you plan to spend your weekend?
Sleeping would be nice.

2:34 AM:

And now for something much lighter... Friday Five: a series of five questions from Heather, intended to be answered on Friday, but which I'm first answering now, 'cause I just noticed this in Erin's blog.

1. Laying [sic] on your back and facing the ceiling, which side of the bed do you sleep on?
If I'm understanding this correctly, the center, which is pretty much my only option, given that I'm sleeping on a twin-sixed mattress on the floor.

2. Do you have to have covers (blankets and/or sheets) at all costs, no matter the weather?
Yes, absolutely.

3. Sleep nekkid or no? Why?
Virtually never. For the same reason that I always sleep with covers -- I find it to be more comfy.

4. What's under your bed?
See above. The only thing under my bed is the floor and half of a heating vent. But in my last apartment, which actually had a bedframe, I would've been able to answer "dust. Lots of dust."

5. If you have pets, do you let them sleep with you? Why or why not?
I don't have any pets. But I do sleep with a teddy bear.
